In this program, you will learn how to get the most out of your digital camera by fully understanding all of its menus and controls. You will learn how to compose shots, professional techniques for portraiture and black and white photography, and how to download and edit photographs using Photoshop. You will explore composition techniques for cityscapes and landscapes, the effects of lighting on composition and what makes some photographers consistently better than others. The Photographic Arts courses may be taken individually or as part of the certificate program.
